Returns

At House of Scott, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it according to the following conditions:

  1. Sale Condition: Returned items must be in their original sale condition - unworn, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging and labels.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, earrings, body piercing products, and hair accessories cannot be returned upon a change of mind. Gift Cards or Coupon Discount Codes are also non-returnable.

  3. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.

  4. Personal Details: You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes. We assure you that this information will be used strictly for this purpose and will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Faulty Returns
